This project was born on the occasion of Yorokobu Magazine’s 15th anniversary, as a special initiative to create content for social media. From a conversation with the magazine’s director, the idea emerged to create something that would celebrate one of Yorokobu’s most recognizable traits: its covers, so unique, diverse, and conceptual.
The proposal consisted of bringing some of its most iconic covers to life, transforming them into animations that expand their visual universe. Rather than reinterpreting them, the goal was to explore new perspectives and atmospheres, imagining what happens beyond the frozen moment that the audience already knows.
Each animation aims to immerse the viewer in a new context, maintaining the original essence of the cover while taking it into a more narrative and dynamic dimension. In this way, the covers become living pieces, capable of creating a renewed connection with the audience and engaging with the contemporary language of social media.
